We've added the ability to search for individual blocks in the Action Apps section of your block drawer. Previously, you could only search for all Action App blocks at once by searching for <block:action_integration>, but now you can search for specific Action App blocks (e.g., you can find all of your Answers that contain the Answer Utilities block by searching for <block:action_integration:answer-utilities>).

We have increased the maximum number of pieces of Guidance you can create per AI Agent to 40.

If you're transitioning from using one bot to another, you can now roll out your second bot progressively, specifying what percentage of customers you'd like to see each of your bots, or no bot at all.

In addition to Google's speaking voices, you can now choose one of OpenAI's voices for your bot to use with your callers.

Your bot is now able to receive and transfer phone calls using a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) address rather than using a phone number.
You can now use a different phone number to send and receive SMS messages during voice conversations than the phone number that your bot uses to receive phone calls.

We've added the Smart Capture block, which sends the caller's response to an external language processing service to help understand what they said and save a more accurate output.

We've released the Knowledge API, which you can use in conjunction with knowledge base scraper integrations to upload your help content into your AI Agent or bot. Then, depending on whether you have a generative AI Agent or scripted bot, it can either use that content to generate entire responses to chatters or suggest relevant content.
When you're looking through your AI Agent's conversations, you can now see points where your AI Agent searched your knowledge base or performed an Action, and you can see the active Guidance it had available for consideration. You can use this new information to target areas for improvement in its training, so you can be even more confident in its decisions.
